Studio Mehler was founded to encourage home owners and designers to find materials and designs that are truly out of the ordinary. We constantly strive to find new and exciting building materials, fabricators and craftsmen of the highest quality that will truly set our projects apart. It is essential that our designs are first and foremost functional and rational but after that has been firmly established there are literally no limits to our imagination and creativity. Our great attention to detail combined with research into materials tailored specifically to your project’s needs create designs that are truly unique for our clients.
Located at the San Francisco Design Center, Studio Mehler, combined with the adjacent DJ Mehler plumbing, hardware, lighting and tile showroom, is one of the largest resources of its kind in the western United States. Full kitchen displays, a library, media center, wet bar, offices, vanities and wine cellar are some of the highlights of the showroom. Cabinetry, casework, countertops and accessories are available for all residential and commercial needs through our fabricators and suppliers. Our experienced staff can assist in all areas of the design, construction and supervision of your project.
We encourage and welcome the unusual and often times peculiar requests of our clients. The last thing we want to do is stifle creativity or duplicate what has been done before. We do not dictate ideas to our clients. Our job is to assist you in specifically tailoring the space and materials needed for your own unique creation. After all, the happier you are at the end of the project the greater the success of our mutual efforts.
